In-stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. For pieces on preorder, expected ship dates are listed on the product page. Custom pieces are typically ready to ship within 4-8 weeks of purchase. If you have purchased a combination of custom and in stock pieces, your entire order will ship once all items are complete. If you would like the in-stock portion of your order to ship separately, please email us at support@bololanyc.com for special shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Complimentary ground shipping is available and typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Overnight shipping is available for orders placed by 12pm EST for a charge of $35. Same-day delivery is available to New York City for orders placed by 12pm EST for a charge of $30. Shipment for international orders is $50. We are glad to gift wrap orders and include personalized notes. Gift wrapping can be added upon checkout for an additional $8. For personalized notes, please email support@bololanyc.com immediately upon purchase with the requested note. Gift wrapping is available in our signature BOLOLA colors of: a rich mocha brown wrapping paper with gold ribbon. All BOLOLA orders are shipped in a suede pouch and branded box.
